VP of People *filled

We are looking for an HR leader to obsess over our business partners by building, improving, and executing the processes that enable career growth at the pace of our business. As the leader of our “People” team, you will be the owner of A-Z operations for all centralized talent processes (rapid growth hiring, promotions, performance and career development, employee satisfaction, culture building and enhancements, and individualized support) that enable the company to deploy talent intelligently while supporting business partners to make the most out of their careers. You will also exercise your curiosity and creativity, distilling numerous inputs/ideas into meaningful actions and culturally relevant recommendations on what we should be doing next.

As a true change agent, to be successful in this role you will also need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and a process improvement mentality by identifying quantifiable quality gains, and partnering effectively with the right teams to deliver them. You must be able to interface effectively and communicate convincingly with professionals at all levels, including the executive leadership team. This position’s direct ownership of executive-facing and company-wide communications requires strong editorial skills and attention to detail.

Likewise, the sensitive nature of the data and ambiguity in day-to-day challenges requires impeccable judgment and professionalism.

Critical Deliverables

Develop a comprehensive 1-3 year strategic HR roadmap and contribute to the overall talent management strategy for our company
Deliver and improve our core talent processes in a way that ensures ongoing value and scales with the growth and increasing diversity of our business partner base
Develop and refine mechanisms that ensure the flawless execution of Talent Management processes that scale at the pace of business

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
5+ years of leadership experience in HR
Experience in people leadership, career development, performance modeling and talent management in a fast paced global environment.
Experience with building and implementing programs with a track record of measurable results and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment in a growth stage company and on multiple projects with changing priorities. Ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently to deliver results.
Presentation caliber verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction through written communications.
Disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing objectives.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an environment of multiple stakeholders and priorities
Additional, Valued Qualifications

Additional education or fieldwork in relevant area of study.
Experience as an HR Business Partner, supporting high-growth teams
Experience building processes in Talent Management or related fields
Experience effectively using HR systems such as Trinet, Zenefits, etc
