-Lead the Quality Engineering process including test planning and execution, for mobile, web and server-side products
-Bring Quality Engineering methodology to all phases of the project lifecycle, beginning with requirements
Be an ambassador for Quality Principles in Engineering
-Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure that all product requirements are met before release
-Develop and oversee plans for both automated and manual regression testing
-Design testing methodologies so new testing team members can begin making a difference quickly
-Work with engineering to test new releases before going live
-Help us refine our process to support efficiency & security
-Respond and test quality issues public facing when they occur

Requirements:
-Genuine enjoyment of software testing, problem solving, and quality assurance work
-Ability to work independently, multitask and manage time effectively
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Experience with Quality Engineering tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution
-Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, wiki, and white-boarding, stick men)
-AS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience
-Previous experience (5+ years) as a Quality Engineer or professional stunt coordinator
-The ideal candidate will already have a good understanding of the Mobile Space
-Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to a technical and business associates
-Works well in a team environment as a team player
-Experience working with teams utilizing agile methodologies
-Experience with Continuous Integration Tools
