The platform is designed with product managers and engineerings in mind and our Senior Project Manager is there to help guide them along the way. Responsibilities:

– Oversee cross-functional projects and to lead clients along all integration points.
– Responsible for project and quality of delivery from original concept through final implementation.
– Encourages others through ideas and knowledge.
– Represent the organization and our platform to clients in a professional manner.
– Contributes thought leadership to clients and industry.
– Builds a strong internal and external network
– Coordinate and develop statements of work, RFP responses, and/or client proposals.
– Organize knowledge transfer to clients effectively.
– Communicate project direction, approach, priorities, events and status to all project resources and business sponsors
– Accountable for project deliverables that are on time and on budget while exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
– Reflect the company values and culture in all written and oral communications with our partners

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5+ years related experience in Project – Management, Consulting, Relationship Management or Sales Engineering.
– Client-facing full lifecycle project management experience
– Ability to manage multiple projects and client implementations in parallel
– Superb communication skills and client relationship skills (Critical)
– Capable of leading projects and teams under any type of situation.
– Dedication to constantly looking to increase technical/business knowledge
