As Senior Product Manager — Web and Mobile, you will be responsible for defining the product plans to accomplish our client’s strategic objectives as they relate to our managed application portfolio, including Admin, Widgets, IVR, iOS and Android applications. This includes managing customizations to these applications based on program requirements. In addition, you will execute product research & analysis; research & write business requirements, and coordinate launch plans with cross functional teams.
The ideal candidate is in his/her element working with developers on a daily basis and possesses a strong technical grasp of web and mobile technologies. They thrive in Agile teams and are strong have understanding how process can help productivity and quality.
Responsibilities:
-Be an innovator with demonstrated ability to craft a vision, get people excited by ideas and get them quickly to market
-Create use cases, user stories, wireframe flows, and detailed product requirement documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality
-Work effectively with other product teams, engineering, and marketing to drive the implementation of your products
-Play an integral role in the Web team’s Agile process
-Prioritize product enhancements and customer requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
-Actively manage the feature development and track the success of your products with metrics
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management
-Experience with web application project life-cycles
-Experience working with and/or developing solutions with salesforce.com and JIRA
-Deep understanding of workflow process and automation
-Comfort with working in a quickly moving business environment
-Experience with Agile development processes
-Knowledge of sales, finance and operational reporting metrics
-Strong initiative, high energy, and impeccable integrity
-Ability to grasp complex concepts and develop clear, concise, synthesized recommendations
-Manage multiple complex projects in parallel, with self-driven time management and the ability to work smart
