* 5+ years web development experience (not necessarily rails).
* Solid experience with Ruby on Rails.
* Thorough knowledge of front-end HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
* Very comfortable working with MySQL.
* Proficiency working with Git.
* Experience working with JSON RESTful APIs.
* Proficiency working in a Linux environment.
* Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
* Always writes tests.
* Strong commitment to quality and a high degree of self motivation.
