Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:
• Create, own and manage (one) SaaS Program Plan including cross-functional milestones and dependencies
• Partner with the(one) SaaS Service Lead (SVP)
• Create (one) SaaS Program Communications Plan and manage & deliver program comms across the organisation
• Run (one) Global Platform & Infrastructure team scrums ensuring daily tasks align to Program Milestones
• Create and facilitate Release Planning for sprints for the RMS(one) SaaS Program
• Be the Cloud interface into (one) DEV
• Participate in global cross-functional teams made up of people from Cloud Operations, software development, product management, modelling, Customer Services, Sales
• Enable the teams by resolving issues, prioritizing tasks and daily communication to the team and stakeholders
• Be a champion of the Cloud PMO internally and externally
• Create, manage and roll-out processes, procedures and project plans to support the Cloud Operational business unit
• Become well-versed with the Cloud infrastructure and components and act as an advocate for the Cloud PMO of which you will be a key member
• Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs (internal & external), translating business needs into prioritized requirements and projects
• Weekly status and dashboard reporting via MS Project Server to the Cloud PMO and wider Global RMS
• Responsible for establishing internal and client-facing program and project governance
• Prioritization of project portfolio and task lists within the wider RMS(one) SaaS Program
• Ensure appropriate assignments of tasks to team members and manage individual workloads to meet commitments
• Support Change Management activities as related to the project and internal infrastructure.
• Ensure Project-specific contract obligations and deliverables are completed in accordance with the project schedule
• Escalate issues to the PMO Lead / leadership and/or Steering Committee, as needed.
• Document, monitor and track risks, issues, budget, schedule, and progress of project(s)
• Moderate travel may be required (20%)

Requirements:
• Program Manager with experience working with stakeholders from engineers to ‘C’ level
• Scrum Master and Agile experience
• Prior experience of working within; Operations, Cloud, a PMO, as a proactive team member
• Project management and co-ordination of both Waterfall & Agile programs & projects
• Proven experience of creating and rolling out repeatable plans, processes and procedures in an Operational environment
• Tracking and measurement of status against tasks & plans
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Jira or similar Agile task management system experience
• Knowledge of MS Project Server 2013
• Knowledge of ITIL v3
• Current or previous experience working in the insurance and reinsurance industry is a plus
Education:
• Bachelor of Science is desirable
• Certified Scrum Master
• PMI/PMP certification
