Specific responsibilities include:
Management of requirements for the SaaS software platform, data acquisition elements, and system integration elements including client control systems, ERP systems, CMMS, and ALM systems.
Development of use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to facilitate development activities.
Ownership of the platform feature roadmap and prioritization of development goals.
Daily interaction with platform, UX design and technology development teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and to resolve issues.
Frequent interaction with clients to assess platform usability, evaluate customer satisfaction, and to elicit requirements for platform improvement.
Market studies and competitive analysis to understand features, functionality, strengths, and weaknesses of competitive offerings.
Adherence with PARC and client regulations, policies and standards including workplace safety regulations.
KPI design for execution and product performance, along with associated reporting and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar scientific discipline
At least 5 years of enterprise product management experience with emphasis on SaaS enterprise software deployed in industrial settings
Desired technical skills include:
Working knowledge industrial plant IT and OT systems, including IT/OT systems integration
Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, others)
Knowledge of enterprise software (ERP, ALM, PLM, CMMS, SCM)
Knowledge of SAP and IBM ERP systems is highly desirable
