Marketing Field and Channel Manager *filled

We are seeking a Field and Channel Marketing Manager to help enable its award winning channel. This position is a critical addition to the marketing organization. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of demand generation programs.
We are looking for someone who is an imaginative thinker that will bring us new ideas and help elevate our marketing to an even higher level. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused team player that displays close attention to detail; with excellent teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multi-tasking is the norm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic marketing direction for territory, alliance partner, and reseller plans focused on optimizing the company’s growth
• Understand the company and its partners’ business objectives and go-to-market approach and use this insight to build and execute marketing strategies focused on business development and customer engagements
• Build joint marketing programs, from concepts to program execution that engage resellers’ customers, build awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive new business
• Use data to plan and execute regional field marketing events and support sales enablement initiatives
• Manage progress to ensure execution is on-time and on-budget
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance against forecasts and past performance. Apply learnings to increase success of future marketing programs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Results driven and customer focused team player that understands what is required to gain preference and win in the marketplace
• Field, channel or alliance experience related roles
• Skilled collaborator with an appreciation for sales and channel dynamics
• Excellent project management and follow up skills
• Ability to quickly assess the goals of a project, potential pitfalls and offer contingency plans
• Proactively seek feedback and input; actively listens and communicates well, and demonstrates good judgement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Masters preferred (MBA) or equivalent experience
• Significant travel
