At the moment we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our small team. No recruiting experience needed. A good candidate will have:

Excellent writing and communication skills
A detail oriented approach to paper work
A cheerful and enthusiastic presence on the phone and in person.
The ability to feel comfortable initiating contact via email and the phone with people you have never met.
Well honed internet research skills and understanding of social networks and the way people communicate on the web.
The ability to understand and enjoy learning about technology and how different hardware and software products work together.
Ability to learn negotiation skills
The resilience to hear No more often than Yes
Ability to take advice and respectfully discuss issues or make suggestions.
Desire to build a career
Applicants need to have a Bachelors or be completing their degree.

Compensation includes hourly wage plus generous commission.
