The main function of this role is to own the corporate IT infrastructure and assist our client’s employees in their daily functions.
Job Purpose Summary:
-Administration of corporate email/groups/calendar/2FA
-Administration of third-party applications (Jira/Confluence, HipChat, Tableau, etc.)
-Manage the purchasing process for Corp. Technology items
-On-boarding employees
-Manage Corporate phone system
-Work with facilities and building management, contractors as needed
-Admin and own corporate infrastructure
-Admin corporate data center
-Enforce corporate security policies for laptops and mobile devices
-Enable remote management of laptops and mobile devices
-Manage and inventory company issued devices
-Administer physical security devices such as alarm/lock/surveillance systems
-Manage global Active Directory domain
Identity management (LDAP)
-Google Apps domain administration
-Office network administration, design, security & optimization
-VPN administration
-Manage our anti-virus strategy
