JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to directly supervise IT Dept to include but not limited to hiring, training, scheduling and discipline issued in department.
• Responsible to collaborate as needed to achieve company goals.
• Develops relationships with vendors to evaluate, negotiate, implement systems, including maintenance agreements.
• Responsible for the overall success of services such as: advice, makes recommendations, user guidance, system and/or data requests and voice network connections.
• Directs and supervises the daily operations of the Information Technology Department. Works closely with IT in the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of all IT related projects, personnel.
• Works closely with users and staff to resolve situations and to provide advice and guidance on IT or organizational related issues. Receives and responds to or coordinates responses to, incoming calls, and/or requests regarding problems
• Makes recommendations to senior management on all IT systems and/or process improvements in support of business objectives.
• Responsible for insuring that the Company is in compliance with the Federal, State and Local laws for security practices, etc.
• Responsible to administer and analyze trends and potential changes in systems development.
• Responsible to create and maintain Operating and Capital budgets in accordance with business objectives.
• Promotes the on-going professional development of the IT team through guidance and training.
• Participates in professional organizations that promote the development of Delaware Park
• Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.
• Responsible for departmental compliance to Human Resource and Purchasing guidelines
• Performs outstanding customer relations.
