What You’ll Do

Leadership: Build and retain a world-class team of Account Managers and technical support representatives. Inspire, encourage, enable, and develop high performers, while building a culture of predictability, accountability, and consistency
Account Management: You would be asked to personally service customers as an Account Manager, while leading a small team underneath you.
Customer Success: Expand Dineline’s ability to deliver value to our customers by developing and implementing new, innovative and forward thinking service offers.
Measurability: Create a measurable system around customer performance and communicate goals across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Who You Are

Experience leading teams in account management, digital marketing, B2B SAAS or the restaurant industry
Experience in supporting customer operations buy effectively setting KPIs
Proven ability to retain customers
Familiarity and practical expertise with various technologies such as success management platforms, B2B software products, digital marketings, community and portal tools, self-service tools, on-line training tools, etc.
An accomplished leader who has demonstrated the ability to lead by serving others, who is a perpetual learner, and who has the ability to continually motivate the team, enhance the company culture
High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, which encourages positive energy and passion
