AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Develop Unique Content and/or Improve Existing Content
Our work is fast-paced and, while the primary areas of responsibility are as follows, we
value adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
• Update the FSA Credential study guides and corresponding exam questions,
incorporating new ideas from the past 2-3 years and aligning with our current
corporate messaging, which has moved away from a regulatory focus and is focused on
market forces as the key driver of the use of ESG information and our standards.
Research, write, and integrate key international examples, research, case studies, and
related content. After a major 2020 refresh, update the FSA Credential curriculum no
more than once a year.
• Expand our current in-person training content, which will primarily involve taking the
lead (with help from others here) to develop case study narratives in PowerPoint.
When possible, help present the content during the trainings.
• Advise and coach one analyst every month as they develop materials for a 30- to
60-minute webinar.
• Identify, prioritize, and complete updates to existing materials based on (a) new
developments in the world of sustainable finance and/or (b) feedback from customers.
• As needed, spearhead the development of new educational offerings based on growing demand.
