● Fair Labor: GenSphire should uphold freedom of association, eliminate forced and child labor, eliminate discrimination, and provide safe and healthy working conditions. ● Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship: GenSphire should take a precautionary approach to environmental challenges, promote greater environmental responsibility, and encourage eco-friendly technologies.

damage. - Accountability:
● The data controller is responsible for demonstrating compliance with these
principles.
6 Rights:
- Right to access: Individuals can access their personal data and information
about how it is processed. - Right to rectification: Individuals can have inaccurate data corrected.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): Individuals can request the deletion
of their personal data under certain circumstances. - Right to restrict processing: Individuals can limit how their data is used.
- Right to data portability: Individuals can receive their data in a portable format
and transfer it to another controller. - Right to object: Individuals can object to the processing of their data.
