Jennie_Jackson_Headshot (1)Jennie Jackson began her career out of her college dorm room, recruiting technical engineers. She continued to work in agency-side staff augmentation and executive search after college and later transitioned to leading an internal corporate staffing team at a high-growth dot com. Her career includes building an entire staffing function from the ground up with a robust university recruitment program and consulting with boards and executive leaders on strategic workforce planning. Having been on all sides of the hiring process and after taking time to enjoy her young children, Jennie founded GenSphire, a boutique recruiting firm, in 2014. Today, she partners with companies and nonprofits globally to find the best people for each role and project, whether they require niche technical skills or deep insights across domains.

Jennie built the transnational expansion while living in Switzerland. Now GenSphire has jobs available across the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and Asia.

Working with dedicated international sourcing and delivery partners, Jennie uses creative and unique sourcing referral methodologies she built to discover accomplished and gifted individuals while still providing the same personal high touch and hands-on service that has made Jennie so successful.

GenSphire offers full cycle, sourcing-to-onboarding retained and contingency models as well as full-service contracting, staff aug, offshore, and fixed-price project options. We are committed to flexibility and meeting the unique needs of every client globally.

Jennie’s statement on the incredible value of providing diverse candidate pools:

“I believe that diversity is essential to success because diverse teams make better decisions, innovate more effectively, and solve problems more creatively. Data science proves that teams with a wider range of perspectives, experiences, and skills generate more innovative solutions, boost revenue, and delight customers. That’s why I work hard to ensure that my clients have access to the most diverse candidate pool possible.”
